Feedback and Complaints

As part of our desire for continuous improvement and being a reliable and high quality provider, we appreciate any feedback about your experience of working with Teleconsult.
A client or radiologist can easily report technical interruptions, discrepancies or reduced quality of service to our operations or IT service desks, who will register and handle it directly. If needed alignment with the manager is sought.

Besides that, anybody who is unhappy with any aspect of our service and wishes to file a formal complaint, is invited to do so by sending an email to .

Teleconsult will acknowledge the receipt of your complaint within 2 working days and attempt to investigate and resolve the issue immediately. You will be informed about the outcome at least within 20 days. 

All complaints will be treated in the strictest confidence. No complainant will be discriminated against for making a complaint, and no complainant’s relation or contract with Teleconsult will be affected in any way if a complaint is made by them or on their behalf.
